Cancellation Policy
P.sub Productions Live Performance Booking Policies 1. Booking Requests All booking inquiries must be submitted via email to padonsuber@padonsings.com or through the contact form on our official website. Requests should be made at least [4 weeks] in advance of the event date. 2. Performance Fees A non-refundable deposit of [ 15%] is required to secure the booking ( retainer fee). The remaining balance must be paid [7 days] before the performance date. Payment methods accepted: [ACH, PayPal, Bank transfer, Online payment, Zelle, CashApp, Zemno]. Additional fees may apply for travel outside of Houston, Texas, or for backline equipment rental. 3. Event Details The client must provide detailed event information, including: Event date, time, and location. Duration of the performance. Expected audience size. Type of event (e.g., private party, corporate event, wedding, etc.). Any changes to the event details must be communicated at least [1 Week ] before the event. 4. Technical Requirements The client is responsible for providing: A suitable performance space. Necessary sound and lighting equipment (unless otherwise agreed upon). * for private events we provide our own backline. Access to power sources and a sound technician if required. A soundcheck must be scheduled at least [insert timeframe, e.g., 1 hour] before the performance. 5. Cancellation Policy The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client. If the event is canceled by PadonSings due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the deposit will be issued, or an alternative date will be offered. Rescheduling is allowed with at least [insert timeframe, e.g., 14 days] notice, subject to availability. 6. Liability P. Sub Productions is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or incidents that occur at the event venue. The client assumes all responsibility for ensuring a safe and secure environment for the performance. 7. Promotion P. Sub Production reserves the right to promote the event on social media and other platforms unless otherwise requested by the client. Any unauthorized recording or live streaming of the performance must be pre-approved. 8. Additional Terms The client agrees to provide meals and beverages for the artist and team when the booking exceeds [insert duration, 3 hours]. Any additional requests or terms must be discussed and agreed upon in writing before the event.
